Hi there! I'm a seasoned recruiter with over 18 years of experience in both agency and in-house recruitment. When clients hire my firm, they partner directly with me to find the best talent for Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Post-Sales. I take a targeted approach to recruiting, spending a significant amount of time sourcing and vetting candidates to ensure that my clients receive only the best submittals. I'm proud to be a member of the HIVE, a team of seven independent recruiters with extensive experience and networks in the industry. Together, we have access to a larger pool of clients and candidates, allowing us to cast a wider net and deliver even better results for our clients. I began my career as a Business Development Manager at Remedy Intelligent Staffing before moving on to KForce Technology Staffing to gain experience in the tech industry.
After working as an in-house recruiter for several high-growth companies, including Clearwire, PayScale, and Apptio, I decided to start my own recruitment firm. I specialize in partnering with early-stage companies that may not have a dedicated recruitment team and need to scale their business. While many of my clients are based in Seattle and the Bay area, I work with companies across the US, and many of their employees are remote. My goal is to tap into a passive candidate network that may not be actively applying for jobs to find the best talent for my clients.
